Sean Reti is the Managing Director at O.C. Tanner, a global technology company that develops strategic employee recognition and reward solutions that help people accomplish and appreciate great work. 

Sean is a former professional athlete and Academic All American. He resides in Brookfield, WI with his wife Brianna and three wonderful sons, Chase, Beckam and Cruz.
