Sarah Zepnick is the Customer Experience Manager at Madison Gas and Electric Company (MGE). Her passion for the space where customers and data intersect pairs well with her business intelligence background and a tenacity for continuous improvement. She is a trained journey mapping facilitator and has taken customer experience to a new level at MGE by integrating a CX strategy into MGE’s Enterprise Forward program.

As the Business Lead and Product Owner she led the implementation of MGE’s new marketing automation platform and customer relationship management system. She is also experienced in the strategy and practice of data governance. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from UW-Stevens Point.
