As the Chief People Officer for Fetch Rewards, Rukmini Banerjee is responsible for enabling talent as a strategic resource for business growth. Committed to creating inclusive environments and cultures where everyone can thrive, Rukmini is passionate about diversifying the tech space.
She joined the team in April of 2020, bringing with her over two decades’ worth of strong business acumen, experience in managing people operations, and a fierce drive for helping women, POC, and young professionals advance in their industries. These skills are the key to her track record of producing exceptional results, ranging from diversity-building efforts to sustainability initiatives.
Prior to her current role, Rukmini was the VP of Customer Operations and then the VP of Shared Services at CUNA Mutual Group. In these roles she led customer operations sales and service, project management, and strategic sourcing teams. In overseeing many different types of teams, Rukmini honed her ability to develop leaders across functional areas without losing focus on customer value.
Rukmini also has global experience working in Australia and India for Fortune 500 companies like GE and HSBC.
Rukmini holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI, India. She also earned her Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Jadavpur University in India and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from GE.
