Bernard Rosauer has 30+ years of experience in the commercial insurance insurance industry where he gained a very high quantity of repetitive insights into thousands of businesses. His work prompted him to develop a methodology for improving organizational culture which he shares with businesses around the world.
Mr. Rosauer is a Chicago native, attended North Park University where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. He serves as president of the Wisconsin Compensation Rating Bureau, where his responsibilities include understanding risk management, employer safety, calculating the state's workers' compensation rates, managing the state's workers' compensation pool, loss and payroll and financial data gathering.
