Areas of Expertise

30 years of client service management in the creative agency environment, ensuring execution of deliverables as well as profitability, growth and business model evolution​
My primary responsibility is exceeding client expectations at our creative agency. I collaborate closely with clients in mapping the strategy to position brands for sales success, including launching new, innovative products, by isolating the compelling point-of-difference. I also supervise the work of staff Brand Executives at Spark (formerly Design North) as well as project management staff sitting on-site with clients to ensure they are executing our client service protocols.

​I have a Master’s degree in Research Methodology and Persuasion. My career work has been in market research, brand management, point-of-sale marketing, advertising, public relations and broadcast journalism.
