Nichelle Jackson has over 30 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center Management and Training & Quality. With both public and private sector experience, for the past 12 years, she has managed the Customer Experience for Wisconsin's largest water utility- Milwaukee Water Works. She earned her degree in Chemistry from Tennessee State University.

Nichelle holds certifications in; Customer Service Training, Design & Development of Training Programs and Call Center & Agent Coaching.
