Working at We Energies/WEC Energy Group for the last 21 years, Michelle has developed a passion to provide customer satisfaction with every customer interaction. As the manager of ethics and compliance Michelle knows how important a positive interaction with her customers is. Michelle is responsible for the development and ongoing implementation of the corporate ethics and compliance program. The program serves as a resource to over 7,500 employees.

Michelle holds a bachelor of arts degree in communication from Alverno College and a masters in management from Cardinal Stritch.
