Mark studied at De Montfort University in the United Kingdom (UK) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s degree in the Management of Human Resources. Beginning his career on the “service provider” side of Talent Acquisition, Mark worked for Adecco and Randstad within MSP and RPO leadership roles in the UK and Europe. Mark was ‘poached’ by one of his clients in 2011 and joined Caterpillar as Head of UK Talent Acquisition and was ultimately promoted to be the Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition for the manufacturing company. In 2017, Mark left Caterpillar to join Amazon in an EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition role supporting a number of corporate business units before leaving to join SC Johnson as a Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition. Mark’s forte lies in customer centricity and organizational architecture to ensure a stream of strategic advisory Talent Acquisition services built upon flawless (forever aspirational) operational execution.
