Areas of Expertise

Customer First Culture, Customer Experience and Change Management
With nearly 15 years of experience in customer service and CX, Mandy is passionate about building teams that provide exceptional service to clients and customers. She has built multiple CX teams in various industries, including uniform apparel and medical devices.

Mandy works to expand the scope of how customer experience is approached at an organizational level, focusing on collaboration with engineering, product, regulatory and marketing teams to streamline user experience and its roadmap for future success. She works to ensure compliance in pharmacovigilance and quality systems, while maintaining data privacy and medical safety for patients, including adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines. Her goal is to build teams capable of providing world-class service in digital health.

Mandy currently leads the Customer Experience department at Propeller Health. She holds a degree in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
