Lindsey Kromm
Director, Client Services at Terso Solutions

Lindsey graduated from UW-Madison with a Masters of Accountancy and started her career in public accounting. After quickly discovering her passion for working with people, she served in various customer facing roles including a personal trainer, financial recruiter and account manager. Now in her role as the Director, Client Services, Lindsey loves leading and developing her team and ensuring that Terso continues to build a culture of exceptional service, both internally and externally.

​Lindsey is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and founded an initiative within Terso to focus on Women in the workplace, called NOVA. Outside of work, Lindsey is an avid fitness enthusiast, Mom of four and races through life with her husband and super-dad Chris.
