Lindsay Fenlon currently serves her community as the Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin. With her Masters’ degree in Clinical Psychology and 15 years’ experience working in non-profit, social enterprise, and educational systems, she is passionate about serving under-resourced populations and empowering nonprofits (and the staff working within!) to live out their missions effectively and efficiently. An initial transplant to the region (by way of D.C. and Houston), Lindsay has fallen in love with Wisconsin and is committed to helping connect to and with others so that every person has an opportunity to feel valued and to bring value.
Lindsay is a 2014-2015 Leadership Fox Cities alumnae and a 2019 graduate of Leadership Oshkosh, received the 2016 Future 15 Award and the 2019 Young Professional of the Year Award, graduated from the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative in 2018, and serves as Vice-President for the Leadership Fox Cities Alumna Association and Vice-President for the Wisconsin State Association of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Lindsay lives in Appleton with her husband, James, and two children, 6 year-old Ethan and 4 year-old Catelyn and loves working for an organization that passionately defends the potential of youth. She earnestly believes that together, we are stronger, bigger, and better! |
