My name is Kris Zehren, Director of Operations at Wacker Neuson, a construction equipment manufacturer located in Menomonee Falls, WI.  During my tenure with Wacker Neuson I've been tasked with a variety of process improvements and change management roles.  My current role includes supporting the Customer Relationship Management software, enhancing e-Commerce platforms, and managing the customer contact center. 

Our strategy puts focus on continued development of a customer centric organization who focuses on reducing internal process inefficiencies and improving overall customer experience.  I look forward to collaborating with staff, students, and committee members in my roles as customer experience committee member.
