Working across every part of the organization is a special talent I’ve nurtured. To reach aggressive goals, I partner with diverse stakeholder teams to build customer solutions that improve customer and client engagement, retention, and sales performance.
This is the heart and soul of what I do: proactively listening to customers and responding before business is negatively impacted.
By immersing my digital product and user experience teams in the customer and client life cycle, I consistently build the deep-trust relationships that result in sales, marketing, and enterprise success.
When I am not at work, I find the most joy spending time with my husband, three children and three fur babies.
