Customer First Culture
The customer experience has always been a primary focus during my early jobs in high school or college and during my professional career in sales.  There are many different angles of influence to the interactions we have with customers and many reasons why someone will buy one product or service over another.  In a digital world where customer interactions are getting less and less personal it's easy to forget that people still buy from people.  

I enjoy working to have customer interactions that minimize the impact of negative influences and maximize the good ones to help turn "people" into long lasting business relationships that are beneficial to both the service or goods supplier and the customer.
