Jessica Kauffman helps to manage the Client Development effort at Liveops; an organization at the forefront in the rapidly-evolving CX landscape, pioneering the Virtual-Flex contact center model over 20 years ago. Fluent in multiple service-provider disciplines, Jessica works with CX leaders and Chief Customer Officers at leading organizations, helping them augment and enhance their long-term customer experience and care operations strategies. As a forward-thinking CX strategist, Jessica provides valuable insight into the dependencies affecting organizations as they strive to achieve desired CX outcomes.
Prior to her work with Liveops, Jessica held various leadership roles in customer care and business development at West Corporation, Concentrix, and Thrivent Financial, and is an alumna of University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. She is passionate about customer-centric business models, empowering organizations to drive better outcomes, and provides a unique and innovative perspective into the future of customer experience. Jessica is a member of Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Execs in the Know – Worldwide Contact Center Professionals. |
