As a member of the Pepper Construction Team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jennifer is responsible for the coaching, strategy, and overall business development efforts supporting Pepper's local, regional and national client portfolio throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Transitioning to the commercial A/E/C industry from the residential housing industry, Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in brand development, integrated campaign management and sales process coordination. In 2010, she launched a consulting firm specializing in customized large group trainings and 1:1 coaching. This entrepreneurial experience paired with her previous corporate role with Pulte Homes offers a robust and dynamic background in client acquisition, team development and tactical resource planning. She previously served as a State of Arizona Department of Real Estate certified trainer, developing curriculum in the areas of legal advertising issues and consumer‐centric campaign strategies to help establish best practices in the residential real estate industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin‐Stevens Point and pursued a Master’s of Science in Leadership degree from Grand Canyon University.
