Jennifer Carli is a Senior Director at Northwestern Mutual. She has 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in the financial services industry spanning customer experience, business consulting, operations, and technology. Most recently she has been working to enable enterprise strategic transformation, leading the development and growth of shared business services that are focused on elevating the experiences of the Northwestern Mutual salesforce. Jennifer is passionate in her commitment to creating exceptional, comprehensive, well executed customer and employee experiences. Jennifer views customer experience as both an art and a science with people at the heart of it all. Starting with her earliest jobs in customer service she sought the opportunity to inspire others about the power of intentional experiences.
