Dyllon McKinney in the Customer Service Director at OWC where he leads the Technical and Customer Support teams. Dyllon is deeply committed to ensuring the support OWC provides to their customers is world-class.

Dyllon joined OWC in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative where he was able to learn and grow with the company. His attention to detail, dedication, rapport-building skills and understanding of each client engagement resulted in him being quickly promoted to Customer Service Director.

Dyllon resides in Illinois with his wife Alex, and son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, spending time outdoors, and enjoying life.
