Doug Salmi is a retail field leader dedicated to partnering with those in support, management, or ownership capacities to grow their business by elevating the overall culture.  With nearly two decades of retail experience he focuses on teaching the importance of leadership growth, problem solving, communication and staying flexible to evolving trends.  Through servant leadership, he has helped business unit owners throughout the country achieve record breaking results.  Over the years, he has received awards for achievements in sales growth, employee development and customer service. 

Doug believes in the importance of community involvement and has partnered with local athletic clubs and crisis response units.  He’s attended UW-Fox Valley, Fox Valley Technical College and UW-Parkside in his pursuit of education and evolving within his industry.
