Doug Niemeyer is the President/General Manager at TEKLYNX America’s Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience covering sales, marketing, customer experience, relationship management, leadership, operations management and more. He possesses a deep understanding of the solutions and industries he serves and is a thoughtful and innovative leader in the barcode labeling industry. In his current role, Doug is responsible for the success of each team at TEKLYNX Americas, working with each international office for sales, marketing and product improvements, is a member of the international executive leadership team where he collaborates with teams to drive business and product strategy taken directly from Voice of the Customer feedback. Under Doug’s leadership, TEKLYNX has grown in revenue and net profit while improving customer support and setting a new customer service expectation ensuring the continuous focus on customer experience.
Doug is a well-respected leader who works to exceed expectations. He leads by example and fanatically encourages accountability. He takes pride in helping others grow and succeed personally and professionally. Prior to joining TEKLYNX, Doug worked for organizations in the marketing and IT services and software industries filling various roles in sales, marketing, operations and more. He holds a BS Degree in Mass Communications, with a Minor in Speech Communications from University of WI La Crosse and a Master’s of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University |
