-Responsible for the rebuild of MLS support services that culminated with several "Top Call Centers in America" awards from Benchmark Portal/Purdue University.
-Creator of a real estate related social media/Internet marketing application that became popular in the Chicagoland and Minneapolis area MLS markets.
