Areas of Expertise

Currently oversees Customer Service function for a top 100 national 3rd Party Logistics provider. Was previously the Director of Customer Service for Kimberly-Clark's consumer businesses for 5 years.
Bill Lindeke is the VP of Operations at WSI.  Bill leads the national Operations, Safety, Pricing, and Customer Service teams that manage and continually improve the safety, quality, productivity and customer service for WSI and their customers. WSI manages a national footprint of 15 million square feet of warehousing.

His skills include customer service, site operations leadership, distribution management, tactical and strategic production planning, purchasing and logistics training. He previously worked for 27 years at Kimberly Clark, in various supply chain management and leadership roles. Bill was a past session leader at WERC and CSCMP, covering topics that included 3PL Integration, contract packaging, and customer demand collaboration.

Bill holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a MBA in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He joined WSI in 2011.
