How to Renew your Advisory Position
Provisionary advisory members (ie. those who have completed their first year), may apply to renew their membership for an additional year. In order to apply, please answer the following questions and provide any supporting documentation.
Once you are accepted, you will receive your new appointment letter, and updated digital badge. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call or email [insert pm name and contact info]
Application Questionnaire
1. Have you changed firms since your last appointment? If so, please provide your current title and company.
2. Has there been a substantial change in your roles and responsibilities at your current firm ? If so, please describe your new role/responsibilities.
3. Are there any other changes that you would like to make to your digital badge?
4. Are you looking to apply as a corporate member and agree to send at least one person through a program to provide feedback to the University? If no, would you like to apply as an honorary member? (Note: honorary members should provide links to publications, past speaking engagements, or other evidence to demonstrate their influence in the industry).
5. Please describe any other contributions that you have made as a past advisor that we should consider when reviewing your application. (ie. attended meetings/webinars, sent teams through the program, promoted the program through social media, hosted lunch n learn, etc)
