A native of Ghana, W. Africa, Antoinette Mensah, P.h.D is the current director of the Milwaukee Archdiocesan Office for World Mission, Inc. and the Society for the Propagation of the Faith, Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Inc. She brings over 30 years of experience in the following areas: Leadership Development, Recruitment, Diversity, and Inclusion; Youth Development.
Dr. Mensah excels at facilitation and public speaking, which is evident as she has presented to audiences large and small. She handles topics ranging from light-hearted discussions to critical dialogues on race and diversity. Her interactive approach to working with diverse groups puts participants at ease and opens the door for transparent sharing of knowledge. Dr. Mensah is a graduate of the following programs of Cardinal Stritch University: Doctorate of Education in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service; Master’s of Science in Management and a Certificate of Completion from the African American Leadership Program. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management with an emphasis in training and development from DePaul University in Chicago, Il. She is also a graduate of the M.I.T. Community Fellows Program in Cambridge, MA, and Future Milwaukee Leadership Development program. Dr. Mensah is the proud parent of Anthony J. Mensah, a senior attending American University in Washington, D.C. She is is committed to helping others appreciate their respective culture and has facilitated groups traveling to Ghana, West Africa, for over ten years -most recently leading a pilgrimage to Ghana in October 2017. These trips have provided people with opportunities to connect on various aspects of culture, including spiritual pilgrimages, educational, and economic assessment options. |
