Amy Lins is the Sr. Director, Enterprise Learning, at Money Management International, a national non-profit financial counseling and education organization.  Amy has worked in public education, for a Fortune 500 company, and in the non-profit sector giving her broad perspective on customer experience. With both internal and external customers in the learning programs Amy manages, she works closely with operations, information technology, and marketing throughout the customer experience journey.  Amy has many years of experience in remote learning technologies, curriculum and instruction, call centers, and information systems.  Amy is excited to be part of the CX advisory board for UW-Parkside.

Amy resides in rural southwest Wisconsin, on a 480 acre farm, raising grass fed beef with her husband.
