Areas of Expertise

Customer Journey, Customer First Culture
Amy Campbell is an assistant vice president with West Bend Mutual Insurance Company.  Amy is responsible for Customer Experience at West Bend and works with associates to provide services and products that delight our agents and policyholders.   Recently, under Amy’s leadership West Bend launched a web portal and mobile app for policyholders and has implemented a new strategy for electronic surveys.  Amy’s 30-year insurance career has also included roles in underwriting, training, and project management. 

Amy earned a B. S. in Actuarial Science from The University of Iowa and an MBA from Capella University.  Amy lives in Wisconsin with her husband, two daughters, and a dog.  When she’s not listening to the Voice of the Customer, Amy enjoys listening to live music of any kind and spending time near the lake.
