With a background in public relations and professional writing, Aaron got his start in radio and worked with clients to develop advertising plans. After five years in radio, Aaron had a handful of clients that urged him to take his drive, passion and knowledge out on his own and Baer Performance Marketing was born.
With experience working with advertising agencies, Aaron thought including "Performance" in the company name was critical as his goal was not to focus on billing, it was then and will always be, performing for BPM's clients. In addition to being BPM's leader, Aaron is married and has two little boys who keep him very busy. |
